Trainees that are interested in this program will have the opportunity in increasing their performance via executing these different types of training: speed, agility, vertical, change of direction, court/field IQ, court/field proprioception, core/hip development, as well as mental toughness to help prepare for different gameplay scenarios.

Athletic Skills & Development (3x/week)

12 personalized individual training sessions. Sessions can be scheduled based on best availability between client and trainer.

60 minute individual training session (12 session package)

15 Minutes Meeting

Group/Semi Private setting at 6:00am. Theme based training sessions focusing on strength, conditioning, endurance, stamina and mental toughness. Sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays with an occupancy of (1-5 person)

6AM IN THE PIT (3x/per week)

Small group or Semi-private sessions are hosted by the head trainer where individuals with similar goals or training regiments can workout in a small group setting of (2-4) people. or Individuals can work in the same space at the same time with different training regiments

Semi-private group session (2-4people) 3x/week

4 personalized individual training sessions. Sessions can be scheduled based on best availability between client and trainer.

60 minute individual training session (4sessions)

6AM IN THE PIT (2 session/week)
